Shipping and Delivery Policy
Introduction
At Little Q, we ship all the orders by courier from our warehouse in Rajkot, Gujarat, India.
Orders are shipped from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays, between 10 AM and 7 PM.
Some courier partners may also request an OTP in order to complete delivery. You must provide this code to the delivery partner at the time of delivery. An OTP will be sent to the phone number you have entered at the time of purchase.
Little Q is not liable for any damage.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation before shipping:
If you want to cancel an order that hasn't been shipped, you can cancel it by reaching us at hello@littleq.in or +91 96383 34717.
Unshipped prepaid orders will be refunded in the form of a credit note within 8-10 business days from the date the credit note request is processed.
Cancellation post shipping:
Once the order has been shipped/dispatched and assigned to a delivery partner, we cannot cancel it.
We have a no-refund policy. Little Q will not issue a refund once a product is delivered.

We follow a thorough order placement procedure; once your order is placed on our website, it is immediately forwarded to the logistics partners for shipment.
If want to cancel order after placed on website there is 2 hour for a cancel an order.Our customers can sit back and relax since our product undergoes a proper quality assurance procedure before being dispatched. We make sure that our customers do not face any circumstances where order cancellation is required.
