Refund and Exchange Policy
Introduction
We at Little Q are dedicated to providing our customers with the best possible shopping experience. Because opened or damaged products cannot be reused or resold, we do not accept the return or exchange of delivered, opened, or used products.
Our exchange policy only applies to products that are reported within the specified timeframe mentioned below in case of damage or quality issue:
If you have received a damaged or tempered product, or if the product has spilled/leaked while being delivered, please get in touch with our customer care within 24 hours of the delivery date, along with the supporting images and video. These details will help us resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
If the product isn't sealed or the received product is leaked and broken, then share the images or videos with the product packaging at hello@littleq.in.
Return and exchange requests will be fulfilled if placed within 7 -10 days from the product delivery date.
Little Q is not responsible for any damages that may arise after delivery. We do not cover any damages caused by negligence, improper use, or incorrect application; under our return, refund, and exchange policy.
Return and exchange requests will be subject to investigation and evaluation by the Little Q team.
